The details of the use of lifting column

Installation and commissioning requirements

1. Foundation pothole excavation:

Dig the foundation pit according to the overall dimensions of the product. The size is determined according to the road conditions on site;

Width: 600 --- 800mm;

Depth: 1400mm (including 300mm permeable layer).

2. Make seepage layer:

After mixing sand and gravel, pad up from the bottom of the foundation pit to make a 300mm seepage layer. The seepage layer is paved and compacted to prevent the equipment from sinking. (If the conditions are available, gravel below 10mm can be selected instead of sand.) According to the different circumstances of the region to choose whether to do drainage.

3, remove the product outer cylinder leveling:

Remove the outer barrel of the product with hexagon socket, place it on the seepage layer, adjust the levelness of the outer barrel, make the upper surface of the outer barrel slightly higher than the ground plane by 3~5mm, and weld and reinforce the outer barrel with steel bars to prevent inclination.

4. Embedded line pipe:

The threading pipe shall be embedded according to the position of the outlet hole reserved on the surface of the outer barrel. The diameter of the threading pipe is determined according to the number of lifting columns. Under normal circumstances, each lifting column needs a 3*1.5 power cord and a 2*0.75 pressure relief solenoid valve control line. If there is a lamp belt, if there is another 2*0.5 power cord, the specific use should be determined before construction according to the needs of customers and the difference of power distribution.

5. Debugging:

Connect the circuit to the equipment, perform lifting and lowering operations, observe the lifting and lowering conditions of the equipment, adjust the lifting height of the equipment, and check whether the equipment has oil leakage.

6. Fixed equipment and pouring:

Put the equipment into the pit, backfill a proper amount of sand, fix the equipment with stones, and then pour the equipment slowly and evenly with C40 concrete until it is level with the upper surface of the equipment.

There are three buttons on the wireless remote control, which are up, down and stop. Use the wireless remote control to make the device rise and fall, and the stop key can be used to stop the action of the device during the period when the action is not completed. 4. Emergency measures for hydraulic lifting column in case of emergency

When the equipment is in a rising state and the power grid is cut off, the distribution box control system cannot start normally due to power failure. The distribution box is equipped with a 12V lead-acid battery. In order not to affect the normal passage of the vehicle, always press the pressure relief combination button-the down button and the stop button on the box are pressed at the same time. If the column does not move or slides down for a while, You can manually apply downward pressure until the column drops to the ground level.

5. Daily precautions for hydraulic lifting column

(1) Avoid frequent lifting in a short time, otherwise it will cause the motor to heat up and cause damage to the motor.

(2) Pay attention to pedestrians during the ascending operation to avoid injury.

(3) When the column is not working properly, after the rise and fall are completed, press the stop button once to avoid damage to the electrical components and cannot stop, causing the motor to burn.

(4) In the course of use, if it is found that individual lifting columns are much higher than other columns, press the stop button immediately and observe whether the motor is still working. When it is confirmed that the motor has stopped running, contact the manufacturer in time.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to fill the gap around the column with sediment and sundries, so as not to affect the normal lifting of the column.

(6) It is forbidden to scratch on the surface of the column to cause damage to the column.
